I work with dental practices to determine a plan to help dentists reach their goals. We gather information to help determine where is a practice on or off track and provide guidance to grow or regain lost footing. In addition to tax and financial compliance and income tax planning BerganKDV works with current and potential practice owners to advice on valuation and planning for practice transitions, buy-in or buy-out transitions.

I attended the University of Minnesota and received a bachelor’s degree in accounting and a master’s in business taxation (MBT). I am accredited in business valuation (ABV) by the American institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned a certified valuation analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, currently serving as treasurer for the Minnesota chapter. For the community, I support the Randy Shaver Cancer Research and Community Fund.

I get my energy from helping my clients build their businesses. My goal is to help them identify their strengths and where we can work together to help improve. It is a good day for me when I know I have helped a client grow their practice. My proudest moments are when I work with a client to successfully solve an issue.
