Rachael Ranney serves as the Regional Business Development Officer for Bank of America Practice Solutions, supporting dentists and practice owners throughout the Upper Midwest. Since joining Bank of America in 2018, she has leveraged her unique combination of clinical healthcare experience and financial expertise to help healthcare professionals achieve their business and practice ownership goals.

Rachael began her career with Practice Solutions as a Project Consultant, partnering with hundreds of healthcare providers nationwide throughout the construction, renovation, and expansion process for dental, medical, and veterinary facilities. In this role, she guided clients through the complexities of practice development, helping ensure projects remained aligned with both operational objectives and financial strategies.

Before joining Bank of America, Rachael built a successful career in veterinary medicine and is a Registered Veterinary Technician, with hands-on experience in both companion animal and large animal clinical settings. Her firsthand understanding of the challenges and opportunities healthcare providers face gives her a unique perspective when advising clients on practice growth, ownership, and long-term financial planning.

Today, Rachael leads a team dedicated to delivering customized financing solutions for healthcare professionals at every stage of the practice lifecycle. She specializes in helping clients secure funding for practice acquisitions, start-ups, partner buy-ins, commercial real estate purchases, relocations, renovations, expansions, equipment purchases, debt refinances, and working capital needs.
